SPLINT - MADDOX

Many of you have inquired as to why we discontinued doing business with Splint, now the Maddox - Splint partnership. Please see the attached video. When I learned of this, we did some research and found that Splint had as its largest art positions these two artists supplied to them by Maddox and valued at 20 to 30 times recent auction prices. When we confronted management of Splint with what we believed to be a great problem and suggested, as a solution, they get Maddox to reimburse their clients for the losses, we were told it is not our business, and they are building a strong partnership which they called Splint - Maddox. We have done no further business with Splint.

We have protected the artists whose works we sold through Splint and the investors who purchased them as we have all of the works in our Swiss storage and nothing can be done with those works without our agreement.
